Hi Doctor My HCag level was 1658 in first test and repeated after 48 hours it shows 1560... does this mean it is miscarriage ?? Kindly check

Yes if it's healthy viable pregnancy then beta hcg has to double in 48 hrs .if it's increasing but not to significant amount then that indicates  ectopic pregnancy . but if it's falling then that certainly indicates failing pregnancy
