Low grade Fever past 3 days

For the last three days I have fever since noon. At night, the body temperature is returning to normal. The fever does not go above 100 degrees. 1 semtember I saw a doctor. He told me to take azithromycin 500mg tablet once a day for five days. Even after eating for the last two days, I still have a fever this afternoon. Is it a concern.? what should i do now I am 35, below is a list of fevers by time- 12:15- 97.7 1:15- 99.0 3:15- 99.1 4:05- 99.9 4:51- 99.9 6:24- 99.8

Most likely a viral infection,based on information shared.it will take 4-5 days.maintain hydration and take paracetamol for fever.
