Get a HRCT of chest done. It is advised to take ct if fever persists for more than 5 days. But as per your temp 99 is normal. As the oxygen is low get a CT scan done to know the severity of infection .

Though rtpcr negative but symptoms are suggestive of covid. Take dolo 650 for fever

Sleep in prone position( sleep on chest)for 30 mins every 2 hourly. Do breathing exercise ( take deep breath and try to hold it as much as possible maximum for 25 seconds) Do this 4-5 times hourly. Then check oxygen saturation. If still 92% or less then consult.
