I am also of your age and I have also starting having greying of hairs. It's natural as you age. Yes taking biotin, zinc and some supplements might help delay the process. It's ok to have them.

So these symptoms are least likely to be bcz of it.

It actually tells about iron store in your body and that iron ultimately gets utilised to form hemoglobin. As of now your body is able to maintain Hb within normal by utilising your stores in body.
To increases the ferritin u need to increase intake of iron, eat jaggery, green leafy veg and along with that u can add fe supplement 60 mcg of elemental iron daily .
Gradually it will increase. Don't worry
