Hi Sharath here I have a heavy pain in the low back spine. Unable to walk, sit stand and bend. I have consulted the orthopedic doctor and suggested me to go through physiotherapy. Even of the problem persists told me to go through surgery. Kindly give me ur suggestion that can I go through the surgery if the physiotherapy treatment is not solved ?

Need to clinically examine . If needed imaging studies. Most of the time surgery is not needed.

The planning for surgery depends on the condition in MRI picture. Is the pain radiating to lower limbs.. If you have MRI report, pls share that..
Next Steps
If problem is significant as per MRI, if you're not relieved by medicines or physiotherapy,  then surgery may be required..
Health Tips
Avoid heavy work, avoid sitting down, avoid Indian toilet
