I"ve been having lower back pain for last 8 years.From MRI it is detected that i"m having L5-S1 Spinal Canal Narrowing.I'm having constant pain in the back.

Hello there. I can understand your concern. So it's not difficult to understand why you have the pain. There is a constriction. The narrowing has caused a constriction.
