Lost weight after accident

I met with an accident 7 weeks ago in ehich i suffered compression fracture. Following which i was on complete bed rest. Due to analgesic intake for pain i suffered aki for which i was admitted in hospital. Post this i suffered from uti too. Currently i am free from any infection and aki has also resolved. But i have lost lots of weight, muscle tone has also reduced and become loose, overall weakness. How to gain weight and get back into shape sir/mam? Pls help.

Bed rest is associated with muscle weakness.yoo will slowly need to build muscle.that will also helo to gain healthy weight. However you must get your orthopaedician to clear you for exercise
