The next logical step should be to seek a thorough evaluation by a psychiatrist for the correct diagnosis as it may be anything from an anxiety disorder to ADHD( attention deficit hyperactive disorder). Only after which a suitable management plan can be devised. So kindly consult a psychiatrist in person, you may not necessarily require medication, a few counseling sessions would do.
