Daytime sleepiness could be due to many reasons.
Insufficient sleep at night can lead to our body needing more sleep the next night. However if we don't get that extra sleep and keep sleeping insufficient amounts it all adds up.
Time to bed and waking up should be same and it is better to have low lighting at night. Avoid white light from mobile and TV or computer screen 2-3 hours prior to sleeping. Get moderate exercise mornings or evenings but not too late at night.
Vitamin B12 levels, Hb etc should be checked. Visit your doctor.
