Loosening of teeth

I am getting some serious dental problems. I am looking my teeth as some of them start getting black at roots. Looking for some suggestions advice.

Root exposure is due gum problem(gingival recession) the symptoms are sensitivity to cold and hot foods.. bleeding gums..etc.. it has to be treated as early as possible.. dental checkup is required..
