I am 21 years old student  last 4 years have been very stressful for me and I gained weight from 129 to currently my weight is 168. I was healthy because but last four years I gained more weight. When ever I am in stress I feel hungry I eat more and I do a lot of over thinking .Now I am doing exercise, morning walk, I recently did my blood and urine test,my thyroid is normal, no ,bp, no sugar. Are their any tablets, medicine that help me lose weight and not feel hungry

For losing weight you should do exercise regularly with yoga and meditation and also take balanced diet. Don't worry it can be take more time to loose weight as normal but it's best idea .
