The treatment basically depends on the grade of mobility of your respective tooth and get an x ray done to check the bone loss

Loosening of teeth is because of bone loss,  if it's not subsiding by a week or two,  u need to consult periodontist,  for that.

Most probably in that case you should consult a demtist. In your case it would be increased amount of Bone loss which is present which is causing the tooth to be mobile

First u need one opg that is full mouth xray, in xray if all over bone loss is more then u can go for periodontal surgery with bone grafting but maintaining your Oral hygienic after surgery is must but if only one tooth area bone loss is present then check your occlusion or bite.
Next Steps
Take one opg and show to your dentist
Health Tips
Sever bone loss case don't depend on only scaling, it might not help
