I am 26 years old. my upper and lower front teeth's are shaking.why it's happening.what is the remedies.

Please get a dental check up asap as the cause of mobility has to be diagnosed and treated. It could be occlusion related problems and periodontal disease. At this age it should be treated aggressively as no mobility of teeth should occur at this age
