Yesterday, I ate home made chicken. It was not spicy as well. I am an ibs sufferer too. Post infectious ibs basically after h pylori. Today i am having loose motions, first bowel movement was normal at morning but 2nd and 3rd onwards having loose motions. Is there any other way to counter this apart from taking antibiotics? I have been on antibiotics twice this year due to h pylori(14+ 14= 28 days). So, want to avoid them. Please guide me. Also, i in my rectum, i feel spasm, bubbly type sometimes and felt towards my lower back, mostly during bowel movements. Is that inflammation or due to diarrhoea/ibs? Please guide me and suggest me some non antibiotic medicines! Thank you!
