The best thing is to consult a General Physician in your area so that a basic physical examination can be done. Only a physical examination can tell whether you need IV Fluids or not. Further management as per the physical examination.

Hlo ma'am It looks like you are having an episode of stomach infection or food poisoning — loose motion, gas, vomiting and frequent urination can happen together. What you can do right now: Drink plenty of fluids (ORS solution, coconut water, clear soups). This is most important to prevent dehydration. Eat light (khichdi, curd rice, bananas) once vomiting settles. Avoid spicy, oily, outside food. For gas/bloating: sip warm water, avoid milk/tea/coffee for a day. Rest well, try to sleep in between. See a doctor urgently if: Loose motion is very frequent (more than 8–10 times/day). There is blood or black stool. High fever, severe abdominal pain, or you feel very weak/dizzy. usually prescribe oral rehydration, probiotics, anti-spasmodic, or anti-diarrheal medicines depending on severity. For now focus on hydration and rest. If symptoms keep worsening or you can’t keep fluids down, go to a hospital for IV fluids.
