My baby is 2yr 4month from two days she having loose motion now in loose motion here is some blood. Is any big issues

Yes Blood in stool is not good sign It's  some  infection  of  stomach for sure Do  stool routine examination and  culture  And  haemogram blood test Need antibiotics Need consultation with nearest pediatrician
