Stop bottle feeding if given,give just 2 milk feeds including one top milk feed using a katori and spoon,and 4 solid meals including curd and Banana in the diet. Ors after every loose motion if watery should be given. Enterogermina vial one vial twice a day for 5 days will help. If not improving in 3 days OR accompanied by other symptoms like vomiting or abdominal distension or dullness and refusal to feed,consult your paediatrician.
