Hello sir. My son is 8 yr old. From two days 4 to 6 times loose motion. I gave curd , rice, fenugreek . Even though it is not controlling. So Plz advice me some syrup or tablet. Tq

Liq. Enterogermina 5ml twice a day for 2 days Syrp. Zinconia 5ml once a day for 10 days Plenty of oral liquids including water Fruits juices and ORS if needed Keep a watch on urine output Child should pass minimum  urine 5-6 times per day
