Loose Motion, Dtwp dose 3 vaccination

Hi my baby is have loose stools since 3 days giving him Gut germenia, and Z and D drops, and colic , today his dtwp 3 and PCV 3 is there can we still give him the vaccination, as he is doing loose motions also he is cranky please suggest already his vaccine is been delayed by a month, kindly guide
