Long term wrist pain

2017-12-28 08:11:37
I am 22 years old, have no history of any broken bones or joint issues. I have wrist pain, I've had it for a few months now in my left wrist. I've tried stretches, massages and bandaging it, but none of these have permanently relieved the pain. I do work out a lot, and that could be the main reason for this, but currently I can not even do a few pushups without this recurring pain.

• Contrast bath---It is a form of treatment where a limb or the entire body is immersed in warm water followed by the immediate immersion of the limb or body in ice water. This procedure is repeated several times, alternating hot and cold. Note that the treatment should always end in the ice water, as heat will induce the body's inflammatory response, while cold helps to decrease inflammation. • Gentle Stretching of Hand Muscles. • Ball exercises. • Wrist Exerciser. • Ball or sock squeeze
