I face a sadness for 8-10 years with low self esteem and low energy. Now it turns into some physical issues like breathing difficulties, stomach upset, heaviness in chest and head etc. I already tried therappies, but i can't open up or i am not able to identify and  convey the real emotions i am going through.. Can a psychiatric appointment help me..
