It is very common to develop these symptoms post covid. The first thing to do is not stress about it and you can do some deep breathing exercises. Also you can take vit D supplements and Vit B12 injections once a month for a 6 months

In my patients who are recovering from covid, Taking vitamin b12 injections (according to your vitamin b12 levels) and taking vitamin d3 supplements help with post covid fatigue. Also make sure your hydration is proper, daily pranayam for 30 mins twice a day will improve your lung capacity
