Hi. Often pains such as these are due to muscle sprains which can happen. Unless it's very very bad then you go to an ortho for evaluation. If it's manageable pain but not going away. It's probably cause of low vitamin d and b12 levels in your body. This will go away once you take injection for vitamin d and b12. Get vitamin checked Meanwhile take Tab Dolo 650 twice a day after food x 3 days and apply diclo gels and use heat packs and massage.
