My husband has hepatomegaly with fatty changes...his bilirubin 1.8 and sgpt 69 what should I do?? Does it serious problem

These are mild derangements. But the cause needs to be evaluated. Fatty liver is one of the important common cause. ULTRASOUNd and some other tests may be needed
