Hello doctor ... I have right side liver pain below my rib cage ... Bad lower back pain ... Sometime vomitts and in the morning fees naustic ... I m sending my lft reports which showing some abnormalities ... Is there any serious issue

Sounds like a gastric issue as well. If overweight or diabetic have a full liver checkups like usg, fibroscan. May need an endoscopy as well
