She might be having EPVO.. but cirrhosis occurs in later stages.. so I doubt if it's cirrhotic Contraceptive might not be cause.. usually in such situations, it very difficult to find the cause.. instead it's best to look ahead n think what to do next.. If liver is cirrhotic, then transplant should be thought of... but cant really comment without looking at all her investigation..
