My dad has been diagnosed with liver cancer ,HCC through CT and MRI reports. How do we confirm it apart from doing biopsy. Also could you tell us any treatment for this .His afp level is 153. Attached are the CT scan reports.

Biopsy will be confirmatory..rest other features including CT scan and raised AFP are already favouring HCC..check hepatitis B status
