Litchen Planus on Scalp

Hello Doctor, I have been suffering from Litchen planus since last 8 months. Dus to that I have loss my hair. Currently I am on Zempred 4 and Antoxid HC 1 tablet a day. Everday there is hair loss and I worried that I might not get completely bald in near future. Kindly help me to get rid of the same. Regards Dhaval Botadara
