I have a lipoma on my thigh. I got it checked by a dermatologist. It becomes painful sometimes with a burning sensation in the nearby area. It usually happens when I exercise and there is pressure on the thigh. What should I do? Please help. I am also attaching the picture of the lump.

Better to get it removed if it is causing symptoms. It is usually a minor surgical procedure, can get done by a dermatologist.
