Triglycerides,  vldl high, Hdl low. Avoid fatty food,  sugary food,  junk food, take more of fresh green vegetables, fresh fruits,  whole , nuts. Do some aerobic physical exercise regularly,  like brisk walking, light jogging, swimming,  yoga,  etc. Get thyroid function tests done. Repeat lipid profile after a month.
