My husband age 29 yrs went for general body checkup...in that reports hdlldl are normal and all other reposts fbs rft lft urine all are normal...except high triglycerides 285 ...so is this normal or serious?? (He has no health issues till now)

Please Avoid Oily foods, carbonated drinks and spicy foods and sugar.. Kindly make him to do exercise(not vigorous exercises,just walking in the morning one hour and evening one hour is far more enough)..If he's obese make him reduce weight as much as possible..Go to follow up after 6 months by following the above..
