I checked my lipid profile my cholesterol was 250 , ldl was 185 , hdl was 45 , triglyceride was 160 . I m trying to change my lifestyle daily exercise 1.5 hrs no fast food no only home made food . Does it is sufficient to lower my lipid values. I dnt want to take any medicines.
3 months back I got my blood test done and I found out that my lipid profile is very high
