My daughter get light periods since a long time .Her diet is OK.She doesn't get irregular periods but the flow is less Is it ok ? If not,pls recommend what can be done?

It's ok if her thyroid levels are normal n her bmi is normal Exercise n maintain a healthy bmi if she is overweight
