I have just started the workout at home since last week and from last Friday it's paining terribly I thought it will be for 2 days but still feeling  pain over der I cant continue exercise what should i do

This treatment is being suggested on bases of the information provided. However I would like to examine & investigate you  in detail. Muscle pain after starting new workout is common.  It can take up-to a week to get better.  Eat a protein rich diet to help with better healing . Warn showers are soothing.
