SIR, My mom is suffering from Lichen Planus. It is growing day by day. Her skin has become very dark. We are unable to find a proper cure for it . Please help.

Hi. Greetings. See a qualified dermatologist. The problem may sometimes require biopsy confirmation. To control initially she may need oral immunosuppressant or immunomodulatory agents. This needs to be initiated under due monitoring and care. Also application of TCS cream under prescription and moisturiser would help. Warm regards Dr Govind Suresh Mittal.
