Iam a medico and iam having white lesions inside my mouth throught out the buccal mucosa. Now the lesions has spread over my lips on to my skin over the upper and lower limbs. Iam thinking it might be lichen planus and i have shown it to my post graduates and they also said the same . Iam having burning sensation while having food . I dont know what might be the cause. Please advise me of what to medication to take and how many days will it take to heal.
