Hi, I have lichen planus on genitals since 2010. It reoccurs from time to time. Sexual activity is sometimes very painful. I have a baby boy of 4 years and I am not looking for more children. The scar on the genitals is painful as well as annoying and embarrassing. Can Any medication be prescribed for a permanent solution? The local doctor says, whenever the purple bumps appear on genitlas, I should use Elocon Ointment, but it only gives a temporary relief. Can you help ?
