Does Marks occurs in lichen planus fades away..if yes approximately how much time it takes..I am having lichen planus since a year by now.

Post inflammatory marks do fade within few months.

If the inflammation reduces and if no more itching persists the post inflammatory hyperpigmentation may take 6 months time But your lichen planus should be addressed properly
