The difficult part in the disease of LP is not the diagnosis but the management which has long term involvement. Treatment requires commitment on part of the patient and the treating Dermatologist. A comprehensive management has an ability to clear of the skin disease very effectively. Meet a dermatologist experienced in treatment of LP as at your age the cosmetic concern may be more relevant. Having said that LP has more to it and you need to be treated as a person and not skin wise.
