These are my lft reports having gaps of one year.My direct bilrubin is always high. But it doesn't cause any symptoms whatsoever .What can be the possible causes.

Possible Rotor Syndrome or Dubin Johnson syndrome. These are not common problems though. Need to rule out other causes by investigations including blood and urine tests including USG abdomen
