Is there any particular reason for requesting liver function test? The attached report is normal Don't be concerned about slight elevation of ALT  alone. If the liver enzymes are elevated 1.5 times normal values and rise in alkaline phosphatase level needs to be looked into. In your case alkaline phosphatase and AST are normal
Next Steps
if you are much concerned about it , repeat liver function test after few months
