Keep liver healthy by drinking lots of water directly and indirectly. Take lots of vitamin C through fruits and vegetables like lemon juice and seasonal fruits like mangoes and oranges Avoid heavy foods and medicines. Avoid street foods and junk food. Do deworming to clean up food pipe. Single dose of albendazole and ivermectin combo sold as Bandy plus, to be taken empty stomach and tablet to be chewed and not swallowed. Liver gets angry fast and gets back to normal faster than expected. Take care.

SGPT levels are increased because of acidity and constipation problem , which is because of oily food consumption, Do proper diet which is high in fibre, high in protein, low fat that will help to reduce your sgpt level Do exercise also that will help to reduce your acidity and fatty food cravings.

AST/ALT ratio is not suggestive of alcohol related liver injury. Such elevations may be due to concurrent viral illness or due to fatty liver disease.
Next Steps
Suggest repeating LFTs after 2 weeks as they usually resolve by their own
Health Tips
No need for ultrasound as it is unlikely to reveal anything

Hi, Kindly let me know the reason for doing the blood test. Did you have any symptoms or was it a general check up No amount of alcohol is good. The earliest concept of red wine being beneficial has been disproven too. I would advice you to avoid alcohol all together Thank you
