You’re only 18, and at this age your brain needs at least 6–7 hours of quality sleep for memory, focus, and exam performance. Sleeping just 1–2 hours will severely affect concentration, mood, and long-term health. Instead of cutting sleep, I’ll help you create a smart study-sleep cycle — using power naps, timed caffeine, and focused revision methods that maximize productivity while keeping your brain fresh. Let’s plan it personally for you so you can study more effectively without harming your health. You can reach me directly on WhatsApp at eight zero zero nine eight two one three three two for a customized plan.

Stop trying to sleep.. your resistance to get sleep at night is itself a reminder to the brain neurons to be awake.. relax your mind , relax your eyes muscle.. relax breathing and whole body  muscle.. stop thinking  about anything.. no phone ..no light ..no  distractions, no fluid intakes  late night. Slowly breathing and following inhaling and exhale  mindlessly.  Feel safe and unpressured Sleeping well for 4 hours will be enough ... To restore maximum energy and strength. At work don't take heavy , carb , refined, fried food and fast food..stay hydrated etc. Advice.. use alarm ⏰ initially
