Less period flow after using letrozole

I am using letrozole from past 7 mnths. I noticed my period flow is reduced to 2-3 days with 2 days flow and spotting on 3rd day. And last month i took letrozole and duphaston for 10 days. I got period yesterday and flow is very less and color is dark brown black kind of. Till last year my period flow was good and use to get cramps now noticing reduced(bleeding and cramps) I am scared can you pls help me . Also yesterday i got very light dark brown bleeding without any cramps . Is this periods or implantation?today is my period date Pls suggest here

For implantation bleeding you need to be pregnant So if you got a period at  the right time this is your period flow You are not pregnant the colour does not matter letrozole does not reduce the flow Exercise and reduce weight if you are overweight that could be the reason of a scanty flow get your thyroid levels checked If you have already taken letrozole  for 7 cycles you need investigations to understand the reason your inability to conceive rather than continue with the same treatment
