Less motility in sperm

I am married from one year and since long we are trying to conceive. Last month I have done semen analysis test. Less motility found in report I am taking Addyzoa capsule. I am really worried this is enough treatment? Pls guide

Your sperm count is normal but motility is less . What you can do is quit smoking and alcohol if you do it for some time . Prevent hot environments like steam in gym Take antioxidants for 3 months and get a repeat count done . Addizoa is ayurveda so don’t know about its uses.
