Les - Hills grade 3 , Hiatus hernia

Endroscopy report showing Les- hills grade 3, hiatus hernia. I am unable to eat properly feels like food stuck and burp does not come out properly for which i feel difficult to breath. In my case can medicine treat this or do i have to go for surgery. Kindly reply
