Lemon water for high BP
Hi good evening doctors
Is salt lemon water or sugar lemon water is better for high BP? Which one? My BP is Little high.

Kindly first confirm diagnosis of raised bp before starting self treatment
Salt if at all should be reduced not increased for hypertension
Also family history body wieght and daily activity stress levels ongoing medications need to be evaluated prior to jumping to conclusions
As per guidelines for your age
stage 1 htn is bp of over 130/80 mmhg
Stage 2 htn is bp over 140/90 mmhg
