Pain both legs. Sometimes I can't sleep. It's not everyday. When I twist legs always sound coming.

It may be due to weaknesses of calcium or arthritis. So please get an x-ray done of knee joints first. Do hot water formantation at knees. Take a tablet evion 600 twice and calcikined D twice a day for 15 days only.
Next Steps
Revert after x-ray, take proper medication for 15 days
