Leg pain intermittently

She has leg and spinal pain severely then and now.she is normal sometime and she is suffering severe pain sometime.i brought her to clinic and she is taking medicines but not having solution.

Its due to compression of the nerve in the lower back region, which generally occurs due to lumbar spondylosis /disc bulge.
Next Steps
Go to a physiotherapist.. Ultrasonic therapy +IFT +Heating therapy +exercises will be helpful for sure.

At home.. Rest +hot water fomentation +pain killer gel +no long sitting /standing /travelling /walking /stair climbing+no cold exposure +no manual exertions +sit tall+ use lumbo sacral belt (if required).

Hello...... Intervertebral disc prolapses most commonly occur in the lumbar spine (lower back) and cervical spine (neck). Lower back pain could be due to paraspinal muscle spasm , intervertibral disc bulge or herniation,damaged bone or ligament,radiculopathy ( small nerve root irrigation) ..it s  not possible to comment without x ray ,MRI, ... Improper posture while working or sleeping can also aggravate back pain consult orthopedic surgeon
