Leg fingure pain

Suffering leg fingers pain from past 5 days. From yesterday onwards he is taking Voveran 50 Ge  table but no use. It dont relief pain. Please suggest me which table should to be use.

However I would like to examine & investigate you  in detail. -Control  Hypertension, Diabetes or  metabolic disorder, if there is any. --. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding. --. Keep no pillow under the head. --. Avoid painful acts & activities. --. Fomentation with warm water. The pain has to be evaluated with blood and radiological investigation s, There are many reasons for toe pain which doesn't go with pain medications. Consult online.
